Samsung has released a second Milky way Note nine update with the July 2019 security patch in some markets. The new update brings software versionN960FXXU3CSG3 and is bachelor in Austria, Netherlands, Hellenic republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Republic of hungary, Great britain, Switzerland, and a few other countries.
